Senior Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities
Maintain, embed, and enhance the third-party supplier framework
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
Manage third-party suppliers for performance, quality, cost, and contract obligations
Develop strong relationships with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members and key stakeholders
Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews, KPIs, and SLAs
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier onboarding
Provide strategic advice on procurement matters to support executive decision-making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function Skills and Experience
You will be a great fit if you have:
Proven experience in a senior procurement role within financial services.
Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement compliance
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience in driving value through a total cost of ownership approach

Salary: £90,000 to £95,000 + 10% Bonus
Hybrid working: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
25 days' holiday (rising to 28 after 3 years) plus bank holidays
