Purpose of the Role: As a Senior Product Development Engineer in the Seals Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing dynamic seals for our carbon capture machines. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contribute hands-on expertise, and drive the success of our groundbreaking initiatives. To ensure the delivery of an optimized system, with a robust product development plan. Required Skills and Qualifications: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.You have a minimum of years experience taking new technology from an initial concept to a controlled, manufactured product that was proven to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.You have utilized robust product development tools and can clearly articulate what they are and how they should be used lean and efficiently.You are excited by the challenge of developing new technology to the point where it is fully proven to meet critical requirements.You enjoy extracting the essence of what needs to be done from ambiguity and turning this into a coherent plan. What Success looks like in this role: You will be responsible for designing and planning projects from concept to completion. You will make prototypes, test them for performance and reliability, and develop the final product technology package. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets all technical specifications and quality standards.You will manage multiple projects simultaneously.
