What will you be doing?
- Maintain all safety requirements, environmental and housekeeping standards while performing and monitoring day to day operations.
- Support and coach others to be their best.
- Generate and report on data about our production to help keep the team on track.
- Analyze processes and equipment with very high standards to identify areas of operational improvement.
- Ensure unit policies and procedures are being followed in their area of operations and coach others in compliance to policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain correct equipment and line operations and procedures.
- Continue to be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Industrial warehouse environment.
