Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.JR52952 Senior Program Manager, Global Learning and DevelopmentResponsibilities include, but not limited to the below.Serve as the Learning Partner and Consultant to Site LeadersUnderstand site challenges and needs, and partner with GLAD Senior Manager, site leaders and business partners to propose holistic, effective development solutions, while leveraging on global resources, to meet business needs.Support and guide site leaders to align on global/site development strategies and ensure seamless execution, taking into consideration site priorities and needs.Ensure buy-ins from leaders at various levels on aligned development approach.Serve as an Internal Facilitator for leadership development and site development needs.Facilitate leadership development programs to all levels of leadership and ensuring application of learning via learning labs and the use of level 3 evaluations.Oversee the logistical aspects of solution delivery, including scheduling classes, monitoring request/enrollment levels, and ensuring participant completion of Core trainings.Monitor surveys and other evaluations to measure learning and performance as a result of learning initiatives. Enhance Learning and Development Solutions and Delivery through Collaborative Engagement with our Global Leadership development team, GLAD program managers, People Organization Business Partners and Business stakeholders.Meeting up with business stakeholders regularlyParticipate in a Learning and Development facilitation community of practiceEstablish and improve processes and standards for effective facilitation and instructional designParticipate in content and quality assurance reviews for training interventions to ensure relevancy or to improve effectivenessWhen opportunity arises, Design, Develop, and Evaluate Learning and Development solutions that incorporates best practices to effectively address organization’s Learning and Development (L&D) Objectives and Needs Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and assessment strategies to deliver quality learning solutionsEnsure the creation and curation of content is appropriately matched to instructional objectives, organizational needs, desired performance outcomes, and assessment strategyEvaluate solution effectiveness according to critical levels of evaluation for initial deployments and through routine reviewsRequirementsAt least 10 years of relevant experience, working with senior leadership teams in multinational settings.Strong facilitation skills, with leadership program facilitation experience is required.Organization Development/Effectiveness experience is a plus.Team player with a growth mindset, strong communication, interpersonal partnering, and consulting skills.Effective project management, problem-solving and solutioning skills.Sound understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and enabling of experiential learning.Genuine passion for culture and talent development matters.Track record of implementing and delivering results through global programs.
