An Architectural Design Firm, specializing in commercial mixed-use, multifamily, retail shopping centers, restaurants and residential, located in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking Senior Project Architects committed to design excellence and deliver unparalleled architectural projects and provide positive change and meaningful places of value and purpose. Senior Project Architect will design, manage team and client, project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, AV and Civil. Firm is experiencing rapid growth.

Experience/Skills required:

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited College or University.

· Minimum 5+ years of successful experience in the design of retail, restaurants, shopping centers, residential and mixed-use projects.

· Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and corresponding 3D applications, Adobe Creative Suite as well MS Office 365 platforms.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong leadership, client management and project coordination skills.

· Internal motivation to push projects to completion on time.

· Deadline and budget-driven.
