Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Project Control Manager to our Process Industries Division to work in various project controls management and planning tasks in large EPCM and Engineering projects.Typical work tasks for Senior Project Control Manager include:Taking responsibility of tasks related to time, cost and document management in projectsManaging the project controls activities and team in projectsPlanning the activities and resources to fulfill the agreed scope of Project ControlsManaging and executing time and cost management activities in close co-operation with the client and suppliers and contractorsWorking as part of AFRY project team for process industry investment projectsFollowing up, controlling and reporting the progress in projects in close cooperation with project managementSupporting the project manager with tasks such as coordination of work, communication, change management.QualificationsIn order to succeed in this role, you have: (Tech. or Economics) or similar15+ years of experience in investment projects, preferably EPCMExcellent co-operation, communication and leadership skills, active and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in large, multidisciplinary and global teams.Understanding of project management and project controls tools, such as scheduling tools and PowerBI.Project Controls Manager may also participate in Sales and Development, so we appreciate sales and entrepreneurial attitude and possibility to travel in Finland and abroad.Project experience in process industry projects such as in pulp and paper, mining and metals or in chemical process industry is considered as advantageFluency in both Finnish and EnglishPlease tell us more about your strengths in the application letter.
