Job Description1. Handling projects for Market Access of assigned countries: compiling certificate files, certification handling and sub-contracting invoice handling (RF field projects)2. Continuous improvement on Market Access3. Supporting Technical Support on technical issues4. Answering internal and external inquires5. Customer services:- Communicate with customers- Replying to customers- Customer enquires6. Maintain and update MAS Knowledge Platform7. Develop the new business service for responsible countries, . new regulations updates, new product scope8. Enthusiastic about service providing. Proactively help clients to solve the problem and feedback on time, to have customer’s satisfaction.9. Experience share, support with MAS & PL colleagues, fulfill deputy function and Support deputy and colleagues to fulfill MAS tasks.10.
