Eligibility: Open to Everyone About the Role The Water and River Murray Division currently have a number ofEngineering openings available across different projects whichprovide a combination of office and on-ground opportunities TheSenior Project Engineer/Project Engineer contributes to thedelivery of specialist engineering advice, project development,technical advice, procurement, implementation and stakeholdernegotiation for the Major Water Asset Water Infrastructure Projectsand Urban Water teams. Positions may be based in Adelaide CBD orBerri. About the project The Senior Project Engineer/Project Engineer will lead in thedelivery of iconic projects in the River Murray Region or MetroAdelaide and is a genuine opportunity to be involved ininfrastructure works bringing beneficial environmental outcomes.The work will involve a high degree of community consultation andnegotiation with major stakeholders throughout projectdelivery. These are positions that will provide office and on-groundopportunities. The successful applicant(s) will be part of ateam delivering innovative and bespoke projects for the benefit ofthe environment and future generations. About the team The infrastructure team is highly motivated to meet its Programdeliverables and outcomes and brings together a range ofEnvironmental and Engineering personnel to deliver innovativeprojects in the Riverland region. The successful applicant(s) will be involved in the delivery ofinfrastructure projects that will provide tangible benefits to theenvironment as well as beneficial social, economic and recreationalopportunities for the SA community. An opportunity also exists in the Stormwater ManagementAuthority team which acts as a stormwater planning andprioritisation body for South Australia and administers theStormwater Management Fund to assist local government with thecosts of stormwater management planning and stormwaterinfrastructure. The work will involve significant liaison withlocal government and Landscape Boards and providing advice to theskills based Authority Board. What can we offer you! Essential Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Natural Resources,Applied Science or equivalent relevant to natural resourcesmanagement. Special Conditions: Some weekend work and out of hours work required May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel A current class "C" drivers licence is essential May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties Remuneration: PO2 - $86,950 min - $96,223 max per annumPO3 - $99,788 min - $105,495 max per annum
