Senior Project Engineer, BMS/Controls

What you will doThis person will join the BMS project team in Hong Kong. He/she will monitor and supervise installation activities and make sure the projects are completed on time & within budget. Also ensure the design and installation of BMS equipment’s are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.How you will do itSupervise and lead the team on design work, testing and commissioning with mainly focus on Building Management SystemsReview and monitor installation programme and prepare work reports or plans according to quality procedures and forms requirementAssist the Manager in project management, overall planning, manpower and resources of project according to the contract requirementsCoordinate site work and ensure the project activities is in line with the latest construction programme and the project planningLiaise with customers and attend meetings with a confident and professional corporate imageAdminister the calibration process of inspection, measuring and test equipmentAssist in any ad-hoc duties as assignedWhat we look forRequiredDegree or above in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalentMinimum 5 years' relevant working experience, focus on Building Management System is a definite advantageGood in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadlineProficiency in both spoken and written English. Mandarin is a plusMust have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audienceExcellent writing skill and submit report or document timelyAble to handle and solve problems independently#LI-AA1
