In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, he/she assists the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM on operational coordination of all project activities related to Installation and Field Operations, including: Coordinate site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools Ensure the application of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications Provide inputs to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM for Installation Work Package management Oversee Installation Works for M&U Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitor and coordinate actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces Coordinate and assist the Sub-contractors, including monitor the quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments Liaise with Third Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners, etc… Ensure Interface drawings availability and coordination Coordination of Installation Engineering team for the scope assigned Ensure compliance of Installation activities with DIS Installation and FO Process Continuous improvement: Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line Propose update/improvement of the Installation way of working, process, tools and RefLib Oversee compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc… Performance measurements Installation planning management QCDP (KPI, OTD) Quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring, anticipation and reporting on progress and issues Mandatory: Minimum knowledge of railway site management principles Minimum knowledge of site planning control principles Minimum knowledge of EHS requirements Minimum experience on site activities planning management You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
