Our client is an established and highly regarded construction management company specializing in high-end commercial and luxury residential projects. They are looking for a Senior level Project Manager with strong Podium Construction experience.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Responsible for the overall planning, management and execution of the project.
• Responsible for the management of client expectations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all the construction documents.
• Develop a baseline construction schedule.
• Prepare all documentation for the weekly meetings with project owner.
• Complete all financial reporting.

• Degree in Construction Management or similar field a plus.
• Podium construction/ mixed use project management experience.
• Proficient in Procore.
• 7+ years of relevant construction experience required.
• Proven experience managing projects successfully from start to closeout.
