Senior Project Manager

Provide excellent client service, aiming to exceed expectations

Promote a positive and professional office culture

Mentor new and junior staff

Support recruitment efforts to expand our services

Build relationships with new clients, especially in the residential sector

Manage project fees, ensuring accuracy and effective forecasting

Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activitiesProject Responsibilities:



Prepare budgets, cost plans, and manage tender processes

Develop project briefs, proposals, and lead client presentations

Handle contract administration and cost assessments

Lead project meetings, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery

Serve as Contract Administrator/Employer’s Agent on various projects

Conduct site visits, manage reports, and oversee statutory approvals

Oversee team leadership and task delegationQualifications & Experience:



Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management (BSc (Hons) or equivalent)

Membership or associate membership of RICS or a comparable qualificationThis is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within a dynamic and expanding office.
