Senior Project Manager

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager in the Residential sector to join one of the UK's most fast growing property services group. The company specialise in the HA & BTR sectors, with a track record of delivering exceptional quality homes for demanding clients. Due to internal promotion, we are urgently seeking a very experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a well run project on the south coast, leading the established site team, to complete a fast paced scheme, while taking control of pre construction for the next major project. 



Requirements



We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience of mid rise timber frame residential, living in daily commute of the East Sussex coast. We are seeking candidates who are immediately available, and looking for a business building on the achievements of its people.
