We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our cutting-edge business and lead high-impact projects within New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI). This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, seasoned professional with a strong background in managing projects in fast-paced environments and highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or automotive technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead complex NPD and NPI projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

\n

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, driving projects from concept through to production.

\n

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing short lead times and tight deadlines.

\n

• Engage with both internal stakeholders and customers to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

\n

• Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact the successful delivery of the project.

\n

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

\n

• Report on project progress to senior management and key stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.

\n

Essential Skills & Experience:

\n

\n
• Proven experience managing NPD and NPI projects within highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, or automotive technology).

\n

• Strong ability to manage projects with short lead times and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.

\n

• Previous experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Senior Project Manager in the NPD/NPI space.

\n

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with both internal teams and external customers.

\n

• Hands-on approach to project management, with a strong focus on results.

\n

• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

\n

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

\n

\n

Desirable:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.

\n

• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards specific to aerospace or automotive sectors.

\n
