Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in medical devices? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company tackling continuous improvement and new product development.



Key Responsibilities



* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables



* Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability



* Assign tasks, manage workloads, and provide guidance to team members



* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and key stakeholders



* Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder needs are met



* Address project challenges and roadblocks proactively



* Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.



* Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.



What You’ll Need



* 6 years of project management experience



* Experience working within the Medical Device sector



* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (ISO13485)



* Technical background in engineering or manufacturing



* Proven ability to collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams



* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
