Senior Project Manager (6 Month Contract) - Payments Industry Experience Desirable

Day Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team supporting a payments client. This individual will play a pivotal role in coordinating between the Engineering/Operations and Product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong personality and gravitas, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a payments, FinTech, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, especially Engineering, Operations, and Product teams.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for key initiatives within the payments space.
• Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate issues to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving them to successful completion.
• Gravitas and leadership presence to effectively drive decisions and motivate teams.
