Are you the person everyone trusts to keep the chaos organized, the timelines tight, and the team aligned? Do you love turning complex, multi-channel campaigns into smooth, on-budget wins? If so, Media Bridge wants you as our next Senior Project Manager.

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a dedicated client team (alongside a Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator), owning the execution of everything from one-off creative projects to large, integrated omnichannel campaigns. Think media, strategy, creative, digital, and more—if it moves, you’ll be leading it.

This is the role for someone who thrives on collaboration, clarity, and getting things done right—and who’s ready to step into a fast-paced, agency environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge – Manage projects from kickoff to completion with clear plans, tight deadlines, and smooth execution across all channels.

• Master the Details – Scope out work, allocate resources, monitor timelines, manage budgets, and keep everyone on track and in the loop.

• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align deliverables and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.

• Optimize Process – Own project management systems (hello, Asana) and streamline workflows for max efficiency and clarity.

• Track Progress – Deliver regular status updates, forecasts, timelines, and budget reports—no surprises, just results.

• Tackle Roadblocks – See around corners, remove barriers, and keep momentum high from day one to delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5–8 years of agency-side project management experience

• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, traditional media, and creative

• Fluency in Asana, Google Suite, and project tracking/reporting tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once without missing a beat

• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Passion for process, collaboration, and producing high-quality work
