Senior Project Manager (BOP)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Civil Construction team in the Bay of Plenty You will be an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager, providing leadership across a number of new and exciting civil construction projects.You will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. You will be responsible for:Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfactionProviding specialised technical advice as appropriateManage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractorsChampion health and safetyWork alongside managers and stakeholders Skills and experience that will ensure your success: Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experience Proven experience in managing water, utilities, roading, earthworks, land development, and other civil construction projectsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with othersFinancial acumen so you can deliver projects within budgetExperience managing a diverse team and range projects What we offerHEB offers an excellent benefits package to our employees.
