Senior Project Manager - Commercial

This opportunity is open to Senior project managers and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and drive the growth in the commercial and private sectors. Managing commercial construction projects. Responsible for managing the team and driving growth in the commercial sector. Responsible for the planning, financial and budgeting aspects. Manage and report the assigned program of work to achieve program objectives in accordance with corporate policy and contractual agreements. Manage and anticipate project changes, adjusting plans and activities accordingly. Oversee and monitor key milestones for the project through regular project reviews and analysis of potential risks to ensure delivery of program objectives. Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align and agree program of work and anticipate changes that may impact the program of work. Qualifications Minimum – Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject Holds a minimum ‘baseline’ clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Has existing relationships within the Canberra market, particularly the with private developers, asset managers and investment firms.
