Overview Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Manager (PM) in Cape Town.Responsibilities: Lead project teams through all project stages (1-6)Manage mixed-use, residential, office, hotel, and student residential projectsOversee projects ranging from R50m to R500mReport to the B+A Director while working independentlyCoordinate office-based and site work as required Requirements: Approximately 10 years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience with mixed-use (residential/office) or hotel projects; student residential experience is favorableAbility to lead a project team through all project stages (1-6)Professionally registered or in the process of registeringStrong leadership and team management skillsWillingness to relocate or be based in Cape Town with site work as required Benefits: Salary: R900k-R1,1M CTC per month, depending on experienceFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) Full TimeCompany Social
