Our client, based in London, is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Healthcare Construction team. They are deeply committed to the built environment, and their Healthcare team consists of Project Managers, Technical Advisors, and Project Support specialists who leverage their expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse range of healthcare projects.


Key Requirements:


  • Proven Experience: You are an accomplished Project Manager with a solid track record of successful project delivery. You can independently and confidently lead projects and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Leadership: With at least 5+ years of experience in a leading/support role, you are eager to advance your career.
  • Project Delivery: You have led and personally delivered projects exceeding £5 million in capital expenditure.
  • Solution-Oriented: You understand that Project Management extends beyond processes to include developing options and delivering solutions.
  • Public Sector Expertise: You thrive on managing complex projects with public sector clients, delivering positive outcomes.
  • Healthcare Sector Knowledge: You bring relevant experience within the healthcare sector, including contract management experience with NEC and JCT forms.
  • NHS Frameworks: You have a solid understanding of key NHS frameworks, such as Procure 23 and NHS SBS, and a proven track record in stakeholder management of NHS clients.
  • NHS Trusts: You understand NHS Trust organisations and interdependencies, particularly concerning the development of NHS capital projects.
  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in a relevant discipline, preferably with a technical background such as engineering.
  • Professional Membership: You are working towards, or already hold, membership in a professional body institute such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or CEng.
  • Team Development: You are willing and able to mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth.
