About Us:
Double-R Capital Management, Inc. is a fast-growing property management company specializing in commercial office-warehouses, residential houses, and rural properties in the DFW area.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio and lead a dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Property Manager, you will:

• Leasing & Negotiation: Sell, negotiate, and manage leases, including NNN industrial leases and base year adjustments.
• Property Oversight: Oversee property maintenance, tenant improvements, and collaborate with our in-house accounting and maintenance teams, plus external vendors.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage Dallas permitting processes, tenant relations, and ensure high property performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years directly managing and leasing commercial properties in the DFW area.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and people management skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential properties, leasing and management.
  • Familiarity with NNN leases, base year adjustments, and tenant improvements.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with Propertyware.com and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
• Additional: Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus.
