Senior Quality Inspector

Job Description
Quality Inspector / Supervisor REQ.

• First off inspection of parts ensuring they are within tolerance of the products drawings
• Patrol inspection
• Using specialised equipment to measure parts, including CMM and shadow graph
• Final in-depth inspection of components, involving visual checks, paperwork checks and dimensional checks
• FAIR reviews Ensuring that FAIR is traceable back to its raw material and meeting AS9100 standard
• Making sure we are meeting the requirements set out by AS9100 spec.
• Calibration making sure everything is up to date and meeting companies requirements.
• Material trace Ensuring parts are made to drawing requirements and are correct all the way throughout manufacturing.
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Able to prioritise the daily task/work set out by the Ops Manager
