A market leading, award-winning Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Birmingham is looking to add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor Role\n\nAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will immerse yourself in a variety of high-profile residential projects, playing a crucial role in both project delivery and the growth of the team. This is not just a job; it's a career-defining opportunity with limitless potential for progression to an Associate role, in a highly client-facing capacity.\n\nWhilst you will be joining the Residential team, no two projects are the same and there is plenty of variety and exciting developments to get invoved in!\n\nThe new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work from their stylish, modern office in Birmingham 2-3 days a week, with the flexibility of working from home the remainder of the week. You will manage key client accounts, forge strong relationships, and provide expert guidance on both traditional and Design & Build schemes.\n\nThis role is perfect for an independent Senior Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid career advancement.
