One of the UK's largest independent Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Birmingham. \n\nTHE COMPANY \n\nMy client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of Birmingham's highest profile developments. Individual projects range across the property sector working on high profile Residential developments, Commercial, Hotels and Local Governments.

Values can range from £5 million to multi million size projects. \n\nTHE POSITION \n\nThey are actively looking to recruit a number of Senior Quantity Surveyors to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion.
