Skilled Careers are the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team based in the Midlands region. 



Our client is renowned for the high level of work they deliver and have a strong presence within the industry.



We're seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver on two flagship projects in the Midlands area. 



About you:



Experience leading on multi-room or commercial projects



Working either within a Consultancy or Main Contractor 



Wealth of experience of relevant contracts - JCT/NEC/PPC.



15 years of experience in the industry working in a quantity surveying role.



Successful procurement experience



Re-measurement of high-risk packages and key trades.



Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and construction industry.
