Construction/Residential/New Build



We are working with a major contractor who are looking for a Senior QS to oversee a 6 month contract on a new build development in the Northeast. The position will require someone who can work on valuations, Purchase Orders, sub contractor payments, Monthly CVR and Final Accounts.



The position is a hybrid role with an equal split between site and home based work. Immediate start for the role. Can work outside of IR35 if SDS is completed.



Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor

RICS accredited - ideal
