Senior Quantity Surveyor

A market leading Construction & Property Consultancy in Manchester is looking to add a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.



The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role



The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a vibrant consultancy that boasts 7 offices across the UK and over 30 globally.



This acclaimed firm operates in a wide array of sectors such as Affordable Housing, Government, Education, Health, Office, Hospitality, Private Residential, and Sport, creating an exciting environment for professional development.



With limitless opportunities for advancement, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will receive comprehensive support from the Directors & Partners alongside a tailored career plan to help achieve Associate Director and beyond. The role entails leading projects to completion and the line management and mentorship of the junior team, whilst working from home two days a week.

RICS Accredited degree qualification

A strong QS background within Consultancy environments

Excellent Pre & Post Contract experience

MRICS ideally or currently working towardsIn Return?
