Responsibilities:



* Project Leadership: Oversee the delivery of a £120m residential scheme, ensuring it meets all commercial and contractual requirements.



* Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.



* Commercial Acumen: Apply your commercial expertise to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships effectively.



Salary range: £80K- £85K this will be based on experience plus packages
