A well-known, well respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in key UK locations, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Sheffield.



Having secured a strong pipeline of work, in both public and private sectors, this progressive and forward-thinking construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running and work towards progressing their career to the next level.



About the role:



The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:



* Cost estimating



* Regular reporting to clients



* Cost control from inception through to completion.



* You will work in a number of sectors, both public and private.



* The ability to win work would be a major benefit.



About the salary:



* Up to £65,000

About the requirements:



* The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Consultancy



* Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.



* You will be resilient and assertive.



* MRICS but not essential
