Your new role

Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team, reporting in to the Director. Dealing with projects ranging from £400k - £2.5m.

You will be responsible for and not limited to:



Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.

Conduct cost analysis and risk management.

Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor accounts.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Provide accurate and timely financial advice to project teams.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
