Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a boutique consultancy, focused on offering their clients ESG, cost and project management capabilities. Due to their ongoing success they are now looking to expand their team and have a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business.

With a growing pipeline of projects secured from blue chip clients, our client is looking for a capable, dynamic MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage and optimise project costs throughout the development lifecycle, including cost forecasting, planning, maintaining financial and cost viability throughout the project.

To be considered you will have experience of commercial led projects ranging in value from £2M to £10M and consist of refurbishment and retrofitting of existing buildings.

In return you can expect a hybrid way of working; home and west end, competitive base salary, bonus, London travel paid and lunch and coffee paid for two days whilst in London.
