About the Role:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects
- Procurement and contract management
- Change control and valuation of variations
- Final account preparation and negotiation
- Providing expert quantity surveying advice to clients

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong technical quantity surveying skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction-related discipline
- Membership of a professional body such as RICS
