Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a five star housebuilder.

You will be responsible for a joint venture project with 10 years left to run. You must have previous experience in working on Joint Ventures with Housing Associations. Duties will include-

-The management of cash flow forecasts and budgets for your assigned sites

-Assisting with monthly reports and costings

-Handling cost appraisals and feasibility studies



The ideal candidate must have longevity with another residential developer with experience working on new build residential projects. You must also have a recognised qualification in quantity surveying.
