Senior Quantity Surveyor

A successful, award-winning multidisciplinary Consultancy based in Nottingham is seeking to recruit a committed, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.



The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role



The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a well-established, professional team handling a diverse portfolio of projects across Defense, Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities include:



Liaising directly with clients

Managing junior members of the team

Running Design Team Meetings, reporting on cost control matters

Cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and commercial reporting

Managing large & complex projects with responsibility for project cost controlThe Senior Quantity Surveyor



Good pre and post contract knowledge / ability to run projects to completion

Client facing

Experience working within a UK Cost Consultancy

RICS accredited degree

Ideally MRICS or working towardsIn Return?



The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:



£50,000 - £65,000
