They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business.



As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve overseeing the below:



Developing precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets.

Managing the project cost plan from inception to practical completion, ensuring thorough risk assessment and accurate cost estimation.

Overall commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, cash flow management, dispute resolution, cost oversight, account administration, and facilitating agreement on final accounts.



Requirements:



Minimum 5 years post qualification experience

RICS qualified or qualified by experience

Primarily PQS background

Commercial and housing experience
