Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Sector: Residential Developer

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Package

Location: Oxfordshire

My client, an award- winning housebuilder that prides itself on modern new homes across London and the South are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor due to recent project wins in Oxford. They will consider people from a Contractor or Developer background.

This is a great opportunity to become involved in a growing team helping deliver high quality homes. Thoughtful design, customer care, commitment to first-time buyers, and the highest levels of health and safety continue to underpin their successful and responsible approach.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing both internal and external relationships
• Working with multiple stakeholders
• Making sure guidance, structure and systems are in place to ensure a smooth and efficient tendering process
• Monitor and report costs
• Commercial Management
• Scheduling and quantifying materials and labour

Experience and skills

• Experience with traditional housebuilding or RC Frame
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health and Safety requirements.
• Industry related business qualification.
• Manage internal and external clients.
• IT literate (COINS system would be )
