Senior Quantity Surveyor



Mon-Fri, office based in Co Antrim, hybrid working not available for this role.



Salary up to circa £55,000.



SRG are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing and engineering organisation who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team in the Toome area.



The successful QS will play a key role in the contracting division of our client's company and be responsible for:



General surveying duties including the accurate preparation of costing & accounts

Commercial management of projects including contract terms, negotiation, subcontractor procurement, payment applications, cash collection, agreement of variations and final accounts

Budget monitoring as well as forecasting & reporting on profit and loss status.



Requirements:



Degree in Quantity Surveying

Previous experience dealing commercially with both sub-contractors and clients

Experience of reviewing contracts is essential

Experience of current and forecast commercial reporting

Ability to successfully meet monthly debt targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills
