Senior Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - Outside IR35 - £375-£425pd



* Kennet are recruiting a Senior QS for specialist Rail & Civil-Engineering contractor



* This is a freelance role with work available until early 2026, outside IR35



* You would be managing a £20m design and build project in North London, managing Civils, M&E, Piling and P-way packages



* Contract is NEC Option C (Target Cost)



* The role is site based in Cockfosters 5 days a week
