Senior Quantity Surveyor – £90m CAT B Fitout



This highly successful main contractor has a new major project due to start and they require a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist a site based Commercial Director as a no2 commercially.



You will as the Senior Quantity Surveyor be experienced in major CAT B fitout projects over £50m in value. You will have management experience and will be responsible for a commercial team of 5 Quantity Surveyors of varying levels of experience.



The project is a £90m CAT B fitout of a property in Central London, close to Victoria station. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a good understanding of the following commercial management processes including;



2-stage procurement

Contract administration

Change control

Financial reporting
