My client is a large contractor that is well established in the marketplace. Due to an increase in recent exciting contracts wins, they are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.



This project is an exciting mix use development which comprises of commercial, apartments, homes and private amenities. Collectively around the total value of £ 100million.



The Senior Quantity Surveyor they are looking for will have proven experienced working for a main contractor. Ideally with some residential experience. The have several requirements across the business working in and around Merseyside region.



The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be commercial astute and be involved in all pricing works throughout the surrounding areas. You will have site experience working with a main building contractor. As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have experience working on large new build design and build projects.



The successful candidate will be proactive and work to their own initiative, working as part of a large team supporting where needed.



To be considered you need hold the following:

• Full experienced in delivering JCT or NEC forms of contract

• Be qualified to MSc or BA Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience



You will ideally have site experience working for a main building contractor. . The successful candidate will be proactive and work to their own initiative, working as part of a large team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to grow within a well-established busy contractor.
