My client a Tier 1 Main Contractor, based in Hertfordshire with a large order book, and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting new project near Epsom, Surrey.



Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

- To deal with and manage the following

- Subcontractor procurement

- Payments

- Variations

- CVRs

- Final Accounts



Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years post qualified Quantity Surveyor experience

- Top Main Contractor experience

- Big Structural Steel build project experience

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent 

- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
