Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-established high-end residential main contractor. Specialising in luxury refurbishments, they are looking for a commercially astute QS who can confidently lead cost management from tender through to completion across multiple projects.



The Role:



Full cost management responsibility across multiple high-end residential projects

Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and cost control

Overseeing subcontractor relationships and contract negotiations

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Collaborating closely with senior management and site teams



What We're Looking For:



A seasoned QS with a strong track record in cost management and commercial leadership

JCT contract experience is essential

High-end residential experience is but not essential

Proficiency in Bluebeam & Excel

Extensive UK experience managing the full project lifecycle
