A highly successful and well-established property and construction consultancy is looking for a career-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Leicester.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious SME that values a sociable, energetic, and team-focused culture - an environment where you will feel truly engaged and supported.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyors' role\n\nAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in delivering an exciting portfolio of high-profile projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, culture, heritage, hotels, leisure, life sciences, and residential.\n\nDay to day, you'll be responsible for providing both pre and post contract services such as cost planning, estimating, risk management, feasibility studies, tender analysis and fund monitoring as well as Employers' Agent and contract administration.\n\nWith a flat company structure, you'll benefit from direct access to senior leadership, providing a clear and achievable route to Associate Director.
