An ever-expanding construction and property consultancy are looking for a focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Manchester team.



The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role



As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver professional quantity surveying and employers agent services, managing projects in the public/social, residential, education, and commercial sectors, with a focus on both new builds and refurbishments.



The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for handling pre- and post-contract duties such as cost estimates, tender documents, valuations, and final accounts.
