A leading, top 10 consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Newcastle office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role



The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing role, working on a range of prestigious projects across the region.



This position offers the chance to contribute to landmark developments within sectors such as data centres, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, and distribution & logistics.



In this dynamic role, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in feasibility studies, estimating, cost planning, tendering, procurement, value engineering, and final account agreements.



For an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor, this opportunity offers excellent long-term career progression, with a clear pathway to Director level and the potential to manage overseas teams.

Ideally MRICS or working towards

Consultancy experience is

Strong pre & post contract experience

Varied sector experience is beneficial
