Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid Working)

Sector: Infrastructure (Water, Power, Utilities, Rail, Aviation)

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy that’s experiencing rapid growth and increased demand across the infrastructure sector. They're looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors or Senior QS/ Cost Managers to join their high-performing team in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects with blue-chip clients, in a flexible and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

• Lead cost management on key infrastructure programmes
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts and manage change effectively
• Work closely with clients and contractors to deliver outcomes and add value
• Mentor junior staff and champion best practice

What They’re Looking For:

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Chartered (RICS, ACostE) or working towards
• Strong infrastructure background – especially in Power, Water, Rail, Aviation or Utilities
• Deep understanding of NEC3/4 contracts
• Analytical, collaborative, and proactive
