Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor – Leading Main Contractor

Location: Coventry

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + Package

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial function across multiple projects.

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance profitability.

• Oversee cost control, contract negotiations, and risk management.

• Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within a main contractor environment.

• Strong background in managing projects between £5M-£30M.

• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to drive financial performance.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
