Senior Quantity Surveyor

Invision recruitment are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Contractor for a £60m Industrial Scheme in Wigan.



The Role



As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be the commercial lead for the project overseeing a team of surveyors.



The project includes a large infrastructure package before leading onto the main build valued at £60m. Steel Frame with associated packages.



Requirements



* Proven track record in Main Contracting, Industrial experience not essential



* Established Commercial Lead on projects over £25m



* Full UK Driving Licence
