Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent\nLocation: Nottingham (Hybrid – 3 days in office)\nSalary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE)\nSector: Construction Consultancy – Leisure Projects\n\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent to join our Nottingham office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a UK-wide construction consultancy, delivering high-profile projects for a client in the leisure sector. The role offers a blend of pre- and post-contract duties, requiring expertise in JCT contracts.\n\nThis position provides hybrid working (3 days in the office) and the opportunity to travel across the UK for project work.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAct as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on a range of leisure sector projects.\nManage both pre- and post-contract stages, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.\nProvide cost management and financial reporting to ensure project success.\nAdvise on and administer JCT contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.\nWork closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.\nSupport junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Nottingham office.\nAbout You:\n\nMRICS Chartered (or working towards).\nProven experience in both pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying.\nStrong understanding and experience with JCT contracts.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a client-facing role.\nWillingness to travel across the UK for project work.\nWhat’s in It for You?\n\nCompetitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000) + benefits.\nHybrid working (3 days in the office, flexibility for home working).\nCareer development opportunities in a growing consultancy.\nInvolvement in exciting, large-scale leisure sector projects
